Simon Wiesenthal. The conscience of the Holocaust. A Holocaust survivor who pledged to his fellow brothers and sisters - brutally murdered in the Shoah - that they would never be forgotten. A man who dedicated his life to bringing over 1,100 Nazi war criminals to justice. A Jewish hero whose rallying cry was justice, not vengeance. During this week of Yom Hashoah, we remember Simon Wiesenthal who said, “When my life is over and I meet up with the six million, I will be proud to say to them, I have never forgotten you." The Simon Wiesenthal Center is privileged to continue Mr. Wiesenthal’s legacy. Every day, we continue his work of combatting anti-Semitism, teaching the lessons of the Holocaust. standing up to evil, and protecting the safety of Jews everywhere. Now more than ever. |
