WIESENTHAL CENTER CONDEMNS TODAY’S SHFARAM SHOOTING

The Simon Wiesenthal Center condemned in the strongest terms today’s killing of 4 Israeli Arabs in the town of Shfaram by Natan Cada, a 19 year-old Israeli Army deserter.

"This is nothing less than a shameful act of terror that should be universally condemned without reservation by people everywhere," said Rabbis Marvin Hier and Abraham Cooper, Founder and Dean and Associate Dean of the Wiesenthal Center, respectively.

The Simon Wiesenthal Center is one of the largest international Jewish human rights organizations with over 400,000 member families in the United States. It is an NGO at international agencies including the United Nations, UNESCO, the OSCE, and the Council of Europe.
